Privacy Policy
Effective July 10, 2026
FieldLasso is operated by Morti LLC. This policy explains how FieldLasso handles information when service businesses, their workers, and their customers use the website, operator console, customer portal, mobile apps, and related services.
Information we collect
We collect account and contact details; business, customer, property, scheduling, job, invoice, payment-status, payroll, canvassing, support, and audit records; device and security information; and content such as service notes and job photos. Payment-card entry is hosted by Stripe, so FieldLasso does not receive or store complete card numbers.
Location and mobile data
Technician location is used when a worker actively starts canvassing or uses route-related field features. Canvassing consent time and route breadcrumbs may be stored with the organization's work records. The mobile app may store queued job updates and photos on the device until they synchronize. Device notification tokens are stored only after notifications are enabled.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service; schedule and document work; generate invoices and payroll records; process payment status through connected providers; deliver requested transactional messages and opted-in reminders; support users; prevent abuse; diagnose failures; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers and business customers
FieldLasso uses providers for infrastructure and object storage, payment processing, email and text delivery, error monitoring, analytics when enabled, address geocoding, and mobile-app delivery. They process information under their own terms and our instructions. A service business controls the customer and workforce records it enters into FieldLasso; requests about those records may also need to be handled by that business.
Text messaging and consent
Phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent collected for text notifications are used solely to deliver the service-related messages described in our Terms of Service. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, other than providers acting on our behalf to deliver messages.
Retention and security
We retain information while an account is active and as reasonably needed for operations, contractual obligations, disputes, security, tax, payment, audit, and legal requirements. Deletion requests are reviewed so records that must be retained can be restricted or de-identified instead of erased immediately. We use access controls, tenant isolation, encrypted network transport in production, private object storage, hashed credentials and API keys, and audit logging, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
Customer portal users can turn optional email or text updates on or off. Authenticated users can download their data or submit a deletion request. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete information by contacting support@fieldlasso.com. We may verify your identity and may direct you to the service business that controls a record.
Children, changes, and contact
FieldLasso is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the service changes; the effective date above identifies the current version. Questions can be sent to Morti LLC at support@fieldlasso.com.
