Terms of Service

These terms govern use of FieldLasso, a service operated by Morti LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use FieldLasso for an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization.

Accounts and acceptable use

Provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You may use FieldLasso only for lawful business purposes. Do not interfere with the service, probe or bypass security, access another tenant's data, upload malicious or unlawful content, misuse communications, or use the service in a way that violates another person's rights.

Your data and responsibilities

You retain rights in data you submit and grant Morti LLC the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, back up, and display it to provide and secure FieldLasso. You are responsible for having authority to enter customer, worker, location, photo, payment-status, and communication data and for obtaining notices or consents required by law.

Plans, trials, and payment processing

Paid plans, limits, and prices are shown at purchase and may change prospectively with notice. Trials may expire or convert only as stated in the checkout flow. Subscriptions continue for the selected billing period until canceled. Stripe or another connected provider processes payments under its terms. Service businesses using FieldLasso, not Morti LLC, are responsible for the services they sell to their customers, including pricing, refunds, taxes, workmanship, and disputes.

Availability and third-party services

We work to keep FieldLasso reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features can depend on hosting, maps, messaging, payment, mobile-platform, and other third-party services. We may modify or discontinue features, suspend unsafe or abusive activity, or restrict access when a subscription is inactive.

Text message (SMS) notifications

FieldLasso can send service-related text messages to customers who opt in, including appointment reminders, technician en-route alerts, visit status updates, and account setup confirmations. Message frequency varies with your service schedule (typically 1–4 messages per visit). Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or contact support@fieldlasso.com. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; you can also disable SMS notifications in your customer portal. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by law, FieldLasso is provided “as is” without implied warranties. Morti LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid Morti LLC for FieldLasso in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so those limitations apply only to the extent allowed.

Termination and general terms

You may stop using FieldLasso and cancel a subscription through the available account or billing controls. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, nonpayment, legal requirements, or security risk. Provisions that logically survive termination remain effective. These terms are the agreement between you and Morti LLC regarding FieldLasso; invalid provisions are limited without invalidating the rest.
