Solo and two-person operations
At one or two people you are the office and the field. Requests, quotes, scheduling, invoicing, and payment collection all run from one place, and the Starter plan covers up to two technicians. The evening paperwork pile is the thing this replaces.
Three to five people: the dispatch threshold
Once work is done by someone other than the person who quoted it, you need assignment, a route for each tech, field photo proof, and time entries. That is the Pro plan's territory — it covers up to five technicians and unlocks the customer portal, online booking, SMS reminders, and photo service reports.
Six to ten people and beyond
Scale removes the technician cap and adds custom branding. The workflow stays the same one your two-person version used — nothing re-implements itself at a new head count.
Flat plan pricing, honestly framed
FieldLasso charges per plan, not per user, while Starter and Pro cap technician accounts at two and five. Whether that costs more or less than per-user pricing depends on your login count, field-technician count, billing choice, and the other tool's current rates. Run your own numbers in the team-cost calculator below; it uses cited, dated prices and labels every assumption.
Which plan fits which field-team size
Derived from the same plan and technician-entitlement catalogs the product uses. The examples assume every person is a field technician; owner and office accounts do not consume the technician allowance.
| Field technicians | Suggested plan | Flat price / month | Technicians included |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 technician | Starter | $49.00 | Up to 2 technicians |
| 2 technicians | Starter | $49.00 | Up to 2 technicians |
| 5 technicians | Pro | $149.00 | Up to 5 technicians |
| 10 technicians | Scale | $299.00 | Unlimited technicians |
