Field-service software for one-off jobs

FieldLasso runs the request → quote → optional deposit → job → invoice loop. A photo request gives you evidence to decide whether you can quote remotely or need a follow-up or site visit.

Review the photo request before you roll

Your public request form collects the details and private photos configured for your trade — such as load size, surfaces, access, or condition — so you can review the submitted scope before deciding whether to quote remotely or inspect the site. The request context carries through to the quote and resulting job.

Quotes with options and deposits at approval

Send a quote with optional add-ons the customer can pick, and require a deposit at approval when that is part of your policy. FieldLasso records the payment and credits it against the final invoice; scheduling remains under the operator's control.

From completed work to money

When the tech marks the job complete — with before/after photos if you require them — the invoice generates from what was actually done. Card payment, autopay for repeat customers, and recorded checks are all first-class.

When one-off turns into repeat

If a one-off customer returns seasonally, their record, service address, photos, and job history are already in place. Recurring visits generate on schedule only when you configure them, so repeat work can start from the existing record instead of re-entry.
