Changelog

What has shipped in FieldLasso, newest first. Every entry describes released behavior on its recorded date — this is a record, not a roadmap.

  1. Selectable demo scenarios and the public trust center

    • The no-login demo now offers selectable fictional scenarios: a mobile headlight-restoration company and a window screen-repair company, each seeded with a complete one-off request-to-paid story (request with photos, quote revisions, customer approval, test deposit, scheduled visit, before/after proof, deposit-credited invoice, and recorded payment), plus the original recurring-routes showcase.
    • The in-product guided tour now walks the one-off loop end to end: request, quote, decision and deposit, conversion, schedule and dispatch, field proof, invoice, and payment.
    • Published this trust center: About, Security, Changelog, Docs, Contact, and Press pages with canonical company data.
  2. Launch status ledger and synthetic-data contract

    • Established the auditable launch status ledger separating shipped behavior, in-progress milestone work, post-deploy verification, and unmeasured growth outcomes — so public claims can never outrun the product.
    • Formalized the synthetic-data contract: fictional demo organizations carry durable provenance markers, visible "(Demo)" labeling, fictional contact vocabulary, and are excluded from activation, analytics, indexing, and every customer-evidence surface.
    • Shipped the deterministic screenshot capture workflow: marketing screenshots come from labeled fictional scenario tenants with checksum-backed provenance records.
  3. Hand-written industry portfolio completed

    • Completed the 23-page hand-written industry portfolio with per-industry workflows, configured-product screenshots, FAQs, and honest limitation notes; publication is controlled by an evidence-backed promotion gate rather than catalog size.
  4. Search and answer-engine truth foundation

    • Introduced the public claim registry with automated drift checks: prices, plan limits, and capability claims on indexable pages are verified against the billing catalog and entitlements on every test run.
    • Introduced the competitor evidence system: every published comparison finding carries a primary source and verification date, and a comparison page automatically demotes itself from the index when its evidence goes stale.
    • Replaced request-time sitemap dates with durable source-controlled modification dates, and began generating the /llms.txt and /llms-full.txt answer-engine descriptors from the same publication modules as the sitemap.
    • Published the first free operator tools, category buying guides, and comparison pages.
  5. Quotes end to end, and hosted request intake

    • Shipped the complete quote workflow: drafts with line items and optional add-ons, organization-scoped numbering, secure customer links, view/approve/decline tracking, immutable revisions, deposits collected on the business's connected Stripe account, quote-to-job conversion with the accepted scope, invoice generation with exactly-once deposit crediting, consent-aware follow-ups, and funnel reporting with structured lost outcomes.
    • Shipped the hosted public request form: business-type-specific structured questions, service-area checks, private photo uploads, and idempotent quote-ready lead creation connected to the operator's quoting workflow.
  6. Public terms and privacy policy

    • Published the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (effective July 10, 2026) covering the website, operator console, customer portal, mobile apps, and related services, operated by Morti LLC.
