Who it's for
Solo scoopers and small pet-waste teams running weekly and every-other-week yard routes.
The job to be done: Keep a growing route straight, prove each visit happened, and bill exactly what was serviced.
Sound familiar?
The problems that eat evenings in a pet waste removal business.
Route days turn into guesswork
Weekly yards mixed with every-other-week yards, a few one-time cleanups, and a customer who paused for vacation. Keeping the list straight in a spreadsheet falls apart past a couple dozen properties.
Gate codes live in one person's head
Which gate sticks, which yard has the dog that must stay inside, which house wants the side gate latched — when a substitute runs the route, the details go missing.
“Did you actually come today?”
Yards look similar before and after. Without a photo and a timestamped visit, the scooped-or-not conversation is your word against the customer's.
Billing drifts from reality
A skipped visit here, an extra cleanup there — invoicing from memory at month end means undercharging, overcharging, or awkward corrections.
How FieldLasso runs your day
Put every yard on a plan
Weekly Cleanup, Every Other Week, or a one-time job — each property gets a plan and FieldLasso generates the visits on the right days automatically.
Build each route day on the dispatch board
Drag visits onto your route technicians. Each day gets a suggested stop order (straight-line nearest neighbor) you can reorder by hand to match how you actually drive.
Work the route in the field app
Each stop shows pet names, number of dogs, and access instructions. The office can record waste removed on the visit; the tech snaps a proof photo and can send an on-the-way text to customers who opted in.
Invoices write themselves
Completed visits roll into invoices automatically. Customers pay by card through Stripe-hosted entry or turn on autopay, and you record checks when they still show up.
Built for pet waste removal
The Pet Waste Removal pack calls visits what you call them, and the intake below is the real request and job fields the product asks for — not a generic feature list.
Pet names
Techs greet Biscuit and Moose by name — customers notice, and new hires are never caught off guard by the second dog.
Number of dogs
A required field on every property, so route time estimates and pricing conversations start from facts.
Yard size
Small, medium, large, or extra large — the sizing behind your per-visit price, attached to the property.
Waste removed
Logged in pounds per visit. A concrete record of the work behind every invoice line.
Access instructions
Gate codes, sticky latches, and “use the side gate” notes travel with the property to whoever runs the route.

You confirm every price during setup — FieldLasso never publishes a market rate for you.

Good fit / not a fit
The honest version — who FieldLasso is built for here, and who it is not.
A good fit if you are…
- Recurring residential yard routes
- Owner-operators adding a second technician who need one shared route list
- Businesses that want a photo and timestamp on every visit
Not the right tool for…
- One-off businesses with no recurring work to schedule
- Teams that need road- and traffic-aware route optimization

Where FieldLasso draws the line
What this pack does not do, so there are no surprises.
- Route help is a straight-line nearest-neighbor stop order you reorder by hand — not road- or traffic-aware optimization.
- Payroll and invoicing are built in, but totals don't push into separate bookkeeping software on their own.
Pet Waste Removal FAQ
Does FieldLasso optimize my driving route?
It suggests a stop order using straight-line nearest-neighbor distance, and you can drag stops into any order you like. It does not do road- or traffic-aware route optimization.
Can weekly and every-other-week yards share a route day?
Yes. Each property is on its own plan, and FieldLasso generates the right visits for each date — the Tuesday route simply shows whoever is due that Tuesday.
What proof of service do customers get?
Techs take proof photos in the field app (they upload safely even with spotty signal), and customers can see photos and visit history in their portal. Customers who opt in to texts can also get an on-the-way message.
How does billing handle skipped or added visits?
Invoices are generated from completed visits, so what you bill matches what happened. Autopay can charge the card on file through Stripe, and you can record checks too.
What does FieldLasso cost?
Starter is $49/month, Pro is $149/month, and Scale is $299/month. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no credit card is required to try it.
